Compost Pile...
It's Heaping Good!
Landscape Design:
The process begins with an initial meeting to walk the site and discuss the customer’s vision for the space.  We perform a site analysis to include site measurements, existing plant palette, drainage and grading factors, and soil conditions.  A preliminary concept is completed and discussed with customer.  Any changes to the preliminary are captured in the final color rendered design which is presented to the customer along with a color plant pictorial, complete plant list, and a b/w field copy to use with installation.  This serves as a beneficial tool to aid the DIY’er in organizing the outdoor space and possibly phasing the project over time.

Landscape Installation:
We facilitate quality landscape installations in which the designer oversees the project to ensure the integrity of the design is upheld and all the details are thoroughly completed.  Great attention is paid to creating smooth, well-defined bed lines and tree rings, preparing the site and adding soil amendments as needed, installing quality plant materials spaced to grow into maturity, and spreading the mulch covering evenly throughout the bed areas without buildup under plants and tree trunks.

Landscape Consultation:
If you don’t need a landscape design but could use advice on maintaining your residential landscape, we offer consultation services as well.  On a quarterly basis, we will meet with you and walk your property and develop a script of items such as upcoming maintenance needs, existing plant palette and landscape values, and possible areas to enhance.  This gives the DIY’ers a guide to service their own properties with more confidence.  A document will be provided to the client detailing the visit with the script and images of select site conditions.  Typically, the visits are spaced to provide seasonal maintenance items that are timely to our specific geographic area.
